Our Staff
Working with young children can be both rewarding and challenging. It takes the right combination of qualities to make a great teacher, first and foremost, dedication.
Our teaching staff is dedicated to nurturing children as individuals and helping them learn to be loving, caring members of the classroom and the world around them. They strive to provide children with a developmentally appropriate, stimulating environment in which they can learn and grow to their fullest potential. Our teachers ensure that every child feels safe, welcome, and surrounded by God’s love.
At Brainwork Preschool, our staff is comprised of fully qualified caregivers. Every teacher meets or exceeds the licensing requirements set forth by the state of California. Several of our teachers have or are pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields. All teachers are provided with CPR/First Aid training which is updated every two years. In addition, our staff has various opportunities for professional development throughout the year.
Our diverse staff of teachers comes with extensive backgrounds in Early Childhood Development. They provide a wonderful blend of experience and knowledge which they bring into the classroom each and every day.

Sukant Kar
I founded at "Brainwork" preschool on 2015 under "Bilorks Education Pvt Limited" Brainwork was formed with an aim to provide high end digital schooling powered by School In a Box. School In A Box was another sister organization under Bilorks Education Pvt Limited whose purpose was to deliver seamless "IOT" based digital education and I am proud to be part of its growth and development. I am passionate about providing quality early childhood care and education to the community and feel privileged to be working with a fantastic team of committed professional teachers and parent volunteers.
Who I am ? A creative, self-motivated, results driven individual with over 11 years of experience in multiple cutting edge technical domain served in multiple areas such as Designing, Development, Support, Testing. Working with a motivated team whilst using my advantage towards problem solving skills and ensuring errors are fixed. Also, possess textbook planning skills and comfortable to operating under considerable pressure, remaining calm and effective as well as prioritizing wisely. Embrace valuable skills such as analyzing data, paying attention to detail and working towards goals and achieving results with tight deadlines.
Jayati Bhadra
My Focus as a business developing manager at Brainwork is to maximize the collaborative relationships in digital marketing area getting new opportunity to grow vertically in the space also keep the business update with the latest technology area.
Who I am ? An accomplished and high-achieving in Telecom Professional + Project Management with experience of testing, networking, lab management, managing & migration of large-scale enterprise network, business analyst & Project Management. Successfully delivered a range of projects across multiple sectors complimented with strong Network Testing skills. Proven track record of managing the full project life and consistently ensures that projects are delivered in line with scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, prioritization, value and benefits.
Bulbul Bhadra
I am grateful to be working in an environment with such a supportive team that provides high quality care and learning opportunities for young children.
I find working with children of all ages to be very enjoyable and rewarding work that is a continuous learning journey for both the children and me.
Who I am ? I graduated from the Pt Ravi Shankar University in 2009 with a Bachelor in Teaching and Learning (ECE). I began my teaching career at Brainwork Preschool in November 2015
